In a small village a woman was
a great surprise to see who had knocked on his door a strange
properly dressed you asked for something to eat.
Sorry, "she said, but right now I have nothing
home.
Do not worry, the stranger said kindly, I have a
soup stone in my wallet. If you allow me
dropped in a pot of boiling water I'll make the most delicious soup

To the woman he got curious, put the pot on the fire

quietly, leaving behind the miraculous
stone soup, they could use whenever they wanted

I think has a lesson of life, organization and leadership
extraordinary.
They realize they only had A ROCK !!... and without
however, the mere fact of creating the right context,
was able to mobilize and motivate a neighborhood in
other circumstances, would have been unable
coordinate their efforts in achieving a goal (much less
in the hands of a stranger).
When you analyze it carefully you will see that in real life
leaders generally do not depend on money,
only have a backpack full of stones for soup.
